A federal court in US has ruled that a case involving General Motors should be sent back to a court in Georgia.
Judge Thomas Thrash Jr. said on Friday that a Cobb County judge should oversee the case that was filed by family of Brooke Melton. The judge sent the important wrongful lawsuit against the automaker back to the state court after the company had taken the case to the federal court system.
